Biomed Bootcamp

In Biomed Bootcamp, students participated in several activities inspired by real medical practices including suturing, blood drawing, DNA extractions, blood typing, urinalysis, compression wrapping, and manual blood pressure reading. Students learned about the human body through games and activities, specifically about anatomy, blood, muscles, and infectious diseases. Students explored all these activities and gained a baseline understanding of the medical field.

This is a full-day, week long fee-based summer program geared toward students in grades 5-6.
